Job Tittle: Estimator

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
· Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs.
· Co-ordinate with project managers and engineers to gather project information.
·Develop and manage bid proposals, including risk analysis and pricing strategies.
·Review sub-contractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
·Monitor project costs during construction to ensure alignment with initial estimates.
·Provide cost advice and value engineering options to the project team.
·Ensure all estimates are compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
·Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to support future business development.
Qualifications
·10-20 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
·Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Skills
· Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
· Proficiency in estimating software, CCS preferable
