Job Summary
A Reputable Company based in Pmb is offering an amazing opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst.
- The Service Desk Analyst will provide support for change resolution and request fulfillment that is customer focused on the delivery of service excellence and continual service improvement.
- The Service Desk Analyst is an experienced individual who will support the team in line with the Group’s objectives and goals. They will adopt a customer centric approach and be accountable for delivering value to the customer, and the customer relationship.
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years' experience working as a help desk agent or in a B2B billing role
- Enthusiasm and passion to deliver exceptional client service
- Keen attention to detail and high standard of presentation of work
- Ability to prioritize (important vs urgent)
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks while not being distracted from key priorities
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive through to a resolution
- Excellent analytical skills
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification would be advantageous
