Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter/Joiner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end shopfitting, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery, with an exceptional eye for detail and pride in producing superior workmanship. Key Responsibilities - Manufacture and install high-quality shopfitting and bespoke joinery items - Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately - Work with a variety of materials including melamine, veneer, MDF, solid timber, laminates, and specialty finishes - Assemble cabinetry, counters, display units, feature walls, and custom furniture - Ensure precise measurements, clean finishes, and superior attention to detail - Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently - Conduct on-site installations and ensure professional finishing standards - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Collaborate with project managers and workshop teams to meet deadlines Minimum Requirements - Proven experience as a carpenter in high-end shopfitting, cabinetry, or bespoke joinery - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Excellent finishing and problem-solvingError!
