Minimum Education: Matric / Any relevant Trade Test will be advantageous
Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years within a similar role
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
Administration
Service Reports
Work to ISO 9001-2015 compliance requirements
Service
Service products on site
Liaise with Customers onsite regarding their servicing requirements
Conduct onsite training, both service and operational
Test all relevant installations
Install all components according to Quality Management, internal procedures and CE Certification guidelines
IT related duties
Workshop
Manufacture and install all relevant products
Assembly of other products
Meeting assembly deadlines
Stores work as required
Please note that this position does require at least 120 days worth of travel into greater Africa throughout the year, so it does require you to have a valid passport!
