Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Property related Studies
5 years’ experience in managing property
Experience in managing people/teams
Project Management experience
Leasing/Broking with an existing network of commercial tenants and brokers
Building Maintenance legislative requirements
Facilities Management experience
Nature of the work is complex and requires a degree of thought and judgement.
The job requires bringing together a number of functional
phase/areas and to manage them in a unified whole.
Understand the macro-economic variables and how they impact the different properties.
Overseeing the Procurement:
Maintenance, Cleaning and Security- securing the services of
qualified suppliers within the community for basic services is
problematic in some areas of the business; and services of
suppliers outside the community where the property is located.
Overseeing the Municipality relationships: receiving invoices
