Increase the revenue of the centre by managing the leasing department to conclude new deals and expanding existing tenants.
Maximise exhibition income, gift voucher sales and pop-up stores’ rental.
Achieve budgeted renewal increase targets.
Negotiate and finalise renewals before expiry date.
Manage monthly tenants according to agreed KPA targets.
Vacate vacating tenants timeously.
Ensure that vacant units are in lettable condition.
Upgrade pre-agreed tenants to centre standard.
Maintain the centre through effective maintenance applications.
Manage the on-site maintenance team to ensure costs are reduced.
Propose projects to improve the centre and participate in site meetings as required by the Project Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with the tenant base.
Ensure tenants are trading in accordance with their leases.
Monitor the trading densities of tenants and encourage marketing initiative or other improvements where appropriate.
Conduct daily building inspections.
Manage the on-site security, cleaners, trolley management and parking.
Assist Credit Controller in managing arrears.
Prepare the annual budget and monitor on an ongoing basis.
Prepare for, attend, and participate in meetings with superiors to report on various Property Management and Leasing functions.
