Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
- Bcom Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- Bcom Honours would be an advantage
- Build Smart experience is non-negotiable
- 5+ years working experience within the same or similar role
- Advance Excel skills
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Preparation and understanding of Management Accounts
- Administer Build Smart System
- Prepare numerous Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare and post accounting journals
- Overhead allocations to site and reporting on Actuals VS Budget
- Managing Customer / Supplier Ageings
- Preparing creditors reconciliation and loading payments
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and cashflows
- External Audit Assistance
- Statutory submissions reconciliations – VAT201 / EMP201
- Reporting to the CFO
