The successful front desk representative will ensure to be a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
Responsibilities;
-Welcome and greet guests
-Keep front desk presentable and tidy with all -necessary material
-Address complaints and answer questions
-Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
-Answer all incoming calls and redirect the calls
-Monitor office expenses and costs
-Sort, Check and forward emails
-Place orders when necessary and monitor office supplies
-Take up other duties as assigned
-Keep updated files and records
-Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels
Requirement;
-Proven experience as a receptionist, representative, or similar filed
-Knowledgeable of basic bookkeeping and office management
-Familiar with office machines
-Proficiency in English, written and oral
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
-Strong communication and people skills
-Multi-tasking and good organizational abilities
-Problem-solving skills
-Customer service orientation
-Grade 12, diploma; an additional certificate is an added advantage
