Cape Town based turn key Architectural / Construction company requires a suitably qualified and experienced person for a planned full-time position with a 1 month probation.
Job requirements:
• Sketch plan drawings
• Basic 3D drawings
• Council Submission drawings
• Submission of Council plans
• Measuring of drawings and preparation of budgets
• General office duties associated with design and construction.
Candidate requirements:
• Proficient in AutoCad
• Proficient in Revit
• Proficient in Sketch-up
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Council submissions
• Ability to take measurements from a plan in order to create a budget.
• Ability to work independently
• Own transport (business travel not normally required)
• Relevant architectural drafting and technical experience/ qualification
• Self-starter
• Ability and willingness to learn and seek learning
