WORKSHOP PROJECT MANAGER
REQUIREMNENTS: Automotive trade certificate. Motor engineering experience. Minimum five years experience in quoting, sourcing parts and invoicing. Understanding of mining machinery and engines.
Must understand assembling of engines
RESPONSIBILITIES: Receipt of goods from clients. Arrange with drivers where collection is required. Prepare quotes within given timeframe, and request orders from clients. Ensure all required parts are delivered.
Communicate with technicians and help facilitate progress of jobs. Inspect completed jobs and sign off for delivery. Ensure invoicing is accurate with accurate mark-ups.
Must be able to communicate at all levels.
May at times be required to assist technician.
