Our company requires a Warehouse & Logistical Supervisor that will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• racking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
• Managing drivers, scheduling collections from various stations and ensuring goods are collected on same day.
• Managing stores and ensuring that all parts are marked correctly, allocated to the correct bin location and issued to workshop staff when job is scheduled to start.
• Follow up and daily reporting of all open purchase orders. Capturing of feedback on system and report of overdue orders to SRC Manager.
• Capturing of all GRN’s and issuing of stock to relevant jobs on system.
• Ensuring all stock “issues” are completed on the system before day end.
• General daily housekeeping of stores.
• Reporting of any orders that are overdue with reasons to SRC Manager and Workshop Manager.

Commercial F&I Business Development Manager, Rosslyn, Rneg + Comm

• Appropriate NQF level 6 qualification as required by the FSB for FAIS roles (essential)
• Post graduate qualification in accounting/finance (beneficial)
• At least 4 years asset-based finance experience
• At least 3 years FAIS role experience
• Experience in a relationship management environment
• Commercial asset finance experience (essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the Internet (essential)

The purpose of the role is to achieve contracted sales performance objectives, to maintain post sales relationships with customers and to identifying further asset-based finance opportunities in conjunction with the alliance partners.

Duties

• Identify and assess new market opportunities for asset-based finance and the portfolio of existing
• Support the alliance partners in the selling of asset-based finance.
• Assess market opportunities with respect to alliance partner’s sales sources, external supplier and

Job Summary:

• Support for the maintenance of plant equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities.
• Plans and directs the Total Production Maintenance efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operates at a fully competent level, performing all but the most complex work, applying sound engineering techniques.
• Prepares reports and keeps records.
• Develops maintenance preventive surveys, evaluating or recommending actions to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinates the setting up and adjustment of new (industrial) equipment.

Qualification:

Main Purpose of the job

• Responsible for the routine maintenance of the compnay’s Operation System (IOS) and 3rd party quality management system certification, organize related training and internal audits, promote the sharing of best business practices in IOS operations, and participate in IT system-related blueprint reviews.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and implementation of Internal Operating System internal audit.
• Follow up the corrective actions and the close of non-conforming.
• Responsible for formulating the International Operating System change plan, implementing, tracking and feeding back the implementation progress of the plan.
• Responsible for gap analysis and alignment with the company’s IOS requirements to meet the seating localization operation requirements.
• Responsible for organinisation's IOS-relatedlated training and promoting the sharing of best business practices in IOS operation within the company.
• Responsible for the routine maintenance and update of the company's IOS, to ensure that the IOS files are updated and released in time and accurately. And pay special attention to the global applicability of the process and support the global IOS implementation in plants and regions.
• Assist in the completion of the company's quality management system certification activities, including but not limited to certification application, certification inquiry, materials preparation, certification implementation, etc., to ensure the close of non-conforming items.
• Assist in the completion of the company's product certification work, including but not limited to: data preparation and submission for review, application for change recognition, logo management, etc.
• Support factories and foreign branches/subsidiaries to complete the preparation and reception of customer audits.
• Participate in process informatization build, such as blueprint review, informatization index, etc.
• The workability needs to meet the customer-specific requirements, such as: mastering the five major quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
• Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS documents as well as the IATF16949/ ISO45001/ ISO14001 standards. Ensure Effective Operation of IOS documentation and continuously improve relevant processes and their application of IOS documentation internally.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in mechanics or other engineering preferred.

Experience:

• 2 years related working experience in quality management system, familiar with IATF 16949.
• Good in five core tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
