DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cost Management – Overtime approvals
• Daily Queries - Attending Daily Queries and Ensuring Feedback provided within the given timeline
• Customer support to SSA
• LSP Management
• Irregular Management - Register Irregular cases in Cello within 24 hours
• Ensuring daily reports are received in time from LSP
• Analyze daily reports received from LSP
• Reporting – Weekly and Monthly Business Intelligence Report
• GR Management – All shipments must be proceeded with KPI
• Ensuring GR Interface with Cello and SAP
• Monitor Daily Truck arrival times at SVC Warehouse
• Ensure same day deliveries are processed and delivered in time
• IOD and POD uploading in Cello ? Parts Arrival Ratio management
• Return Delivery Order Management – Ensure all open RDO’s are managed and closed off timeously.
• Monitor Transit times for returns
• Returns to be processed in time
• Failed Collection Management- escalate to LSP management
• Manage Export deliveries
• IOD and POD uploading in Cello ? Parts Arrival Ratio management
• Inventory Management - Attending Monthly Counts and checking weekly reports
• KPI Management - Weekly Report: KPI Management: Following up on Failures
• Pending Management - Attending the pending GR/IOD shipment (GI status more than a week) which causes Settlement Delay on a weekly basis and sharing the results among members
• POD Management - KPI Management on POD checks and sending Check Results (POD Vetting & Last 3 days 100% POD verification)
• Creating quotations for Ad hoc requests
• Sound knowledge of outbound distribution procedures
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be a team player but self- sufficient
• Attention to detail, work methodical and accuracy
• Must have the ability to be proactive and prompt in decision making
• Multitasking is essential
• Must have good communication skills, both written and telephonic
• Must have knowledge of all modes of transport
• Willing and able to work overtime
