Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor with a strong background in the automotive industry to oversee production activities, manage staff, and ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production, preferably within the automotive industry.
At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in a production environment.
Proven experience in supervising and managing production teams.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Ability to monitor production targets, workflow, and operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Manage, guide, and monitor production staff to achieve daily targets.
Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
Ensure optimal utilisation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Address production-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
