Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Implement and monitor sales strategies, processes, and performance standards
- Drive lead generation, showroom activity, and customer engagement
- Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering, and product mix
- Support the team with deal structuring, closing, and customer negotiations
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI results
- Analyse reports, budgets, and departmental performance
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and internal departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Must preferably have knowledge of electric vehicles and EV retail operations
- Experience in stock management, reporting, and sales administration
- Valid driver’s licence
