Job Summary

WORKSHOP MANAGER Requirement: Must have a diesel mechanic or auto machinist trade certificate. Must have previous experience working on and/or engine components machining. Must understand the dynameter. Must have in-depth understanding of engine assembly. Must be able to communicate at all levels. Must be computer literate. Duties will include: Staff management. Forecasting and budgeting. Motivating staff and meeting targets. Problem solving skills at all levels. Communication with clients and remote employees. manage quotes and invoicing. Evaluate completed jobs, and give feedback to employees, clients and management. managing and controlling workshop workflow. Servicing existing clients and sourcing new business.
