Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Dealer Aftersales Operations within the Automotive Industry at OEM Level
- Additional Managerial or Supervisory experience in Marketing and Sales will be advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Sales and Marketing | Business Administration or related field is required
- Key focus on Genuine Parts Sales to Wholesales and Retail Level
- Experienced in Parts Aftersales Strategy and Team Leadership | Sales Growth and Account Management | Marketing and Brand Development | Inter-departmental Coordination and Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
- Must have a solid background in Dealer Aftersales Operations including Service and Parts
- Must have a solid understanding of Automotive Parts and Accessories including Pricing and Marketing Concepts
- Be able to Develop and Implement Aftersales Campaigns and Promotions
- Strong MS Excel | PowerPoint | Power BI | DMS | CRM and Data Analyses proficiency required
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips on request required
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary of up to R 74 000, based on experience
- Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund
- Company Vehicle
