MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Previous New Car Sales Management an advantage will also consider STRONG sales executives.
Ability to formulate and implement sales strategy with involvement from DP
Ability to maximize sales and profitability ensuring sales forecasts are met
Must be able to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
Ability to ensure optimum stock levels at all times
Able to ensure effective cost control and budget within the department
Excellent management of staff – management of performance, discipline
Up-to-date knowledge of business in the commercial sphere
Product knowledge essential
Ability to motivate and retain talented staff
Ability to assist DP with financial planning
Matric
Fully computer literate (Microsoft package)
Automate experience
Relevant post matric qualification will be an advantage
Strong leadership abilities
Ability to influence and motivate
Ability to drive performance and meet aggressive targets
Ability to effectively manage stress/pressure personally and with the team
Be able to sell the maximum number of new cars to achieve maximum profit.
Be able to ensure full customer satisfaction in accordance with Company sales policy geared toward repeat sales.
Be able to initiate and close deals independently and with confidence.
Ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered.
Ensure all CPA and other control and legal documentation is completed accurately.
Communication with sales manager regarding daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with the sales manager for continued improvement.
Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
Must have Matric
Must have Drivers License
Relevant sales training in the Motor Industry
Must have clear crim and ITC record
Must be south African citizen
Stock controller + invoicing experience
Currently In the Motor Trade
Experience on CDK Drive or Kerridge Autoline system Mandatory
Computer Literate
Excel Experience Mandatory
Good written and verbal communication skills
Well - developed people management skills
Excellent product knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the fleet and used stock controllers.
Liaising with Combine Freight to ensure vehicle are delivered timeously.
Setting up new location codes on Kerridge/Autoline/Drive.
Monitoring the Kerrdige/Autoline/Drive system to ensure the vehicles are moving down the grid.
Arranging inter dealers swaps when necessary.
Damages – Following up to ensure vehicles are repaired and then sold.
Weekly Stock Counts
Ordering and managing demo units.
Managing fleet process.
Capturing units on Kerridge/Autoline/Drive
