An established security service company is looking for an experienced individual to join the team.
The purpose of the Operations Administrator is to ensure the smooth functioning of all admin duties within the assigned office.
The key aspects of this position are to ensure that the appropriate calls are logged timeously, and that data is captured correctly. The administration of the position involves filing of paperwork, taking calls, capturing info on system and general office duties.
Answer all correspondence.
Communication with clients
Follow all procedures when:
Signing off paperwork
Communicate with Head Office and Branch Staff
General Office Duties
Maintain a neat and tidy working environment
Computer literate English and Afrikaans
Previous switchboard experience
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work under pressure toward strict deadlines
