Job Summary
Our client has an EE opportunity available for a Senior Manager: IoT Solutions Sales.
Requirements:
- 4+ years tertiary degree.
- Fluent in English and language of country.
- 12+ years of technology related sales or business development experience.
- 5+ years of sales management experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, revenue responsibilities for the business.
- Experience in indirect sales and Cloud GTM across the key hyper scale players.
- 3 to 5 years of industry domain and commercial and architecture led experience.
- Worked with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs to drive proactive pursuits.
KPAs:
- Execute the IoT solutions aspects of the overall ICT business development strategy to deliver superior sales performance.
- Develop strategic business plans for IoT solutions to maximize sales targets and revenue.
- Partner with Segment and Regional heads to execute IoT Solutions sales programs and campaigns.
- Synthesize data and information gathered from client engagements into succinct findings.
- Enable pre-sales teams with technical product knowledge to develop trust with the enterprise clients.
- Partner with key vendors in developing upcoming technology enterprise to enhance enterprise product portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and ICT business stakeholders.
- Set and drive sales targets for IoT solutions and cascade these accordingly into the different market segments.
- Manage a highly talented IoT Solutions team focused on driving adoption and market penetration to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, high performance and accountability management.
