Job Summary
The successful candidate will be expected to, but not limited to the following:
- Introduce company products into the marketplace and to customers.
- Conduct customer visits (calling plan).
- Maintain relevant database as required by the company.
- Liaise with customers with regard to quotations, pricing and securing projects.
- Promotion of existing and new products in conjunction with relevant Customers.
- Take proactive approach in order to retain and grow market share.
- Assist and make recommendations in respect to selection and application of company products.
- Attend exhibitions.
- Adhere to all company procedures.
- Perform all other duties that may be required by the company.
The minimum requirements for this position are:
- Relevant technical or Sales Diploma or Degree.
- Product knowledge will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical or sales environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical skills.
- Initiative, team player and excellent communication skills.
- Own transport and valid driver’s license.
