Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for a Contract Manager based in Nelspruit.
Requirements:
- Must already be a cleaning or contract manager managing a large cleaning team.
- Must have a healthcare background.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the unit is operating to the agreed cleaning and budgetary standards.
- Manage on site one off and ad hoc work when requested.
- Manage ETI recruitments and the recruitment of people living with disabilities.
- Ensure high cleaning and service standards.
- Ensuring that company and statutory cleaning standards, methodology and requirements are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure that attendance registers are completed daily and in accordance with statutory legislation where biometric system is not in place yet.
- Ensure that personnel files are updated and contain all items required by company procedures and regulations.
- Ensure that the highest possible standards of personal hygiene is maintained.
