Liaison Officer:
1. Sending weekly / bi-weekly expert outstanding lists
2. Resolving all queries related to expert
3. Follow up with expert on overdue/urgent reports and ensure submission by specific due dates
4. Allocation of patient days - preps and interviews
5. Allocation of reports to be typed
6. Management of expert schedule
7. Prioritising of outstanding reports on weekly lists
8. Drafting of validity letters
9. Following up on RAF4 approvals
10. Ensuring sufficient resources are available to the expert i.e. profilers / equipment etc
11. Expert patient day coordination if required
12. Obtaining additional documents / collateral requested by expert
13. Ensuring all patient information dictated is uploaded to FundaFree
14. Ensuring the expert view on Sharepoint is perfectly up to date and audited regularly
15. Attend to any and all requests by the experts related to their work with the employer
16. Liaising with case management to ensure expert is booked correctly and sufficiently
and that enough can proceeds are available to meet targets monthly
17. Develop a process with the expert to work to their benefit and ensures a smooth and
efficient working environment and timeous submission of reports
18. Liaise with the Training Academy when training is required, or gaps are identified in the expert's department
19. Keep the expert updated on his schedule, arrivals and anything related to his department
