• Matric
• Mechanical, or Millwright Trade Certification
Experience
• 5 years in Mechanical or E&I maintenance and Asset care
• Electrolyser maintenance (advantageous)
• Working with tools and spares
• Working in a chlorine production plant
• Leading a team
Knowledge / skills/ Competencies
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety processes
• Understanding of the Electrolyser process
• Understand electrolyser parts
• Knowledge of hazards and risks of electrolyser Plant
• Investigating problems, issues and non-conformances
• Computer literacy: MS Word, excel, outlook, SAP
• Basic arithmetic
• Electrolyser specific Handy man skill set
• Able to identify and allocate different electrolyser spare parts easily and execute tasks flawlessly (knowledge of moving parts)
Salary: R400K annual pensionable basic negotiable
• Must be able to obtain a satisfactory medical report from the companies’ medical centre
