Purpose of the Job This role will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of marketing actions to support the needs of the business and working closely with European Head Office.
Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas
Experience in a marketing environment
Matric or Degree in Marketing (advantageous)
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German would be extremely advantageous.
Proficient user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as working with Apple Mac.
Interest in digital marketing
Creative and a keen eye for detail
Confident and self-assured
Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
Excellent time management and organisational skills, works well under pressure
Express ideas with clarity, confidence and logical reasoning
Strong communication skills
Social media – Posting regularly on social media (primarily LinkedIn) about case studies, product news, people stories and any other noteworthy content.
Web content – Writing case studies, blogs and informative articles to support strong search engine performance and CRO. Will include first hand research as and when required.
Email – Composing and scheduling marketing eshots using in Mailchimp.
eCommerce – Updating ecommerce platforms with the latest product information as and when required.
Web and SEO – Monitor search performance using SEMrush and implement agreed changes on Wordpress.
Distributor support and retail – coordinating new designs for various packaging and marketing collateral projects with help from the UK-based design team.
Reporting – Update and issue the digital dashboard report each month to keys stakeholders, reporting on recent activity and developments (Google Datastudio).
Pay per click – Depending on experience – develop existing advertising campaigns to drive website traffic that delivers new business leads.
