Job Summary

Car Rental Reservations Consultant – Gauteng, East Rand Basic salary + Commission + overtime (OTE – R14 500 to R 27 500 +) Our client’s team is growing, and they are looking for a bubbly, well-spoken individual who is able to work independently and add further value. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, assisting with reservations, vehicle availability, solving customer problems and advising on/and selling value adds such as hotel bookings etc. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in reservations call centre environment with English as a first language and contactable references. PLEASE NOTE: This position for evening shifts and therefore you own reliable transport is ESSENTIAL. Shifts are: Monday to Friday 16h30 to 22h30 Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays: 08h00 to 22h30 (rotational 8-hour shifts) Job Requirements Must have at least 2 years recent Call Centre experience in a Reservations environment Excellent communicator with English as a first language Extremely reliable, responsible, and able to work independently A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents • A full CV in Word or PDF format • Copy of ID • Copy of Driver’s License • Qualification Certificates • Last 3 month's payslips • Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References Astor Motor Recruitment Tel: 087 803 4661 jobs@astorrecruitment.co.za
