Our client is looking for a vibrant, energetic, motivate team player that is keen to get involved and can lead a team that is striving for perfection, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Handle the day to day operations of the lodge, overseeing all department. Assisting reservations as required. Discipling staff and resolving staff issues. Conducting meetings. Hosting during meals. Monthly reports. Stock.
MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AT A 5* ESTABLISHMENT IN A SIMILAR POSITION.
