Director of Sales for International Hospitality Group. Be responsible for the promotion of three Holiday Beach Resorts. Applicants must have 5/10 years Hospitality/Travel experience in dealing with overseas Tour Operators in various markets, with the ability to develop & maintain strong working relationships with them in order to maintain and increase market share. Strong negotiating & presentation skills with excellent knowledge of rates structure are essential .Monitor competitors' activities, rates comparison on a weekly basis, to be integrated in weekly sales reports. Successful applicant will be based in The Maldives, package include between USD 2500 & 3500 salary monthly, depending on experience & qualifications, Board & Lodging at one of the Resorts, a five and a half day working week, 4 weeks annual leave, return flights home every year & health insurance. Initial 2 year contract with option to renew. An ideal position for Single person looking to gain international working experience. Only experienced & qualified candidates would be considered.
