Guest Experience Manager (Motor Dealership) BEE– Western Cape, Northern Suburbs
R15 000 – R18 000 + Benefits
Our client is looking to fill a newly created senior position within their top-class dealership. This key role involves the Guest Relations Manager proactively delivering outstanding guest experience throughout the dealership. This includes continuously improving staff behaviour and skills with ongoing training, ensuring OEM dealer standards are met, monitoring sales and service metrics and providing support to department Managers. You will also be responsible for lead management, driving social media, training reports and dealer standard reports. We need a very strong communicator and an outstanding team player for this role. You will need at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (hospitality, guest satisfaction) and/or motor dealership knowledge.
