Requirements:
- Minimum education: Matric
- Tertiary education would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years lodge management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Mature and responsible
- Ability to implement and manage various systems
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flawless English
- Knowledge of pastel would be an advantage
- Experience in reservations (Nightsbridge)
- Experience in FOH management
- Excellent computer literacy
- Basic understanding of financials
