Job Summary
Sales Manager for International Hospitality Group. Be responsible for the promotion of the Company's Hotels & Resorts of you assigned destination. Applicants must have experience in dealing with overseas Tour Operators, with the ability to develop & maintain strong working relationships with them, in order to secure and increase market share. Strong negotiating skills with knowledge of hotel rates structure essential. Successful applicants will be based at the assigned destinations, namely Kenya & Zanzibar respectively. Salary package include Board & Lodging at one of the Hotels/Resorts, five and a half day week, 4 weeks of annual leave, return flights home every year, health insurance and a monthly salary of between USD 2500 & 3000. Initial 2 year contract with option of renewal. Ideal position for single person looking to gain international working experience. Only experienced & qualified candidates would be considered.
