- Excellent communication skills
- Past experience working as FOH advantageous (ideally in a lodge environment)
- Any qualification related to hospitality/FOH an advantage
- Great attention to detail
- Fully computer literate – word, excel, email
- Highly presentable
- Friendly and outgoing
- Must be willing to assist other departments
- Must reference well
- Organised and good with admin skills
