Job Summary
Operations Manager
- Overall Contract Management
- Daily site walks about - Casino, Arena, F & B, Waste and Hotel
- Attending meetings with client
- Drawing up schedules and submitting to client
- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Weekly equipment inspections every Monday before 10am
- Approval of additional staff and updating clocking system
- Manage ERS system (managing if exceptions are done daily)
- Payroll submission - 26th of each month
- First line discipline
- Pre-shift and staff allocation
- Weekly inspection of equipment
- Conduct inspections in line with company protocols including Instacom device
- Managing events
- Managing teams
- Cost control and management
- Staff rosters for uploading by the 20th of each month
- Stock order and stock control by the 20th of each month
- On the job training of staff
- Manage ad hoc functions
- Do quotes and follow up on payment
- Draw up work schedules for periodic work
- Managing Instacom device
