5 Star luxury safari lodge in Northern KZN is seeking a qualified Sous Chef. Position will be 2IC in a small but prestigious kitchen, assisting Head Chef in menu creation, implementation, preparation and kitchen management. 7 - 10 days per month will stand in for Head Chef. Position will be involved in all kitchen admin including stock management and ordering. Ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in a sous chef position n a 5 star kitchen, ideally in a safari lodge environment. Candidate must speak fluent English an be willing and able to interact with guests. Experience independently managing and catering for different dietary requirements must. Gratuities are received in addition to package.
