REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Health &Skin Care
Certification as an Assessor, Moderator, and a Facilitator advantageous
Industry / Aesthetic / Clinic knowledge
Computer Literate – word, excel, and outlook

Assist the clinic leader with coordinating therapist work rosters, scheduling training, and bookings including opening and closing procedures as required.
Manage the recruitment processes (HR) within the stores. Ensure all HR documents and records are updated. Conduct performance management meetings as well as to conduct KPIs.
Ensure that payroll is submitted timeously.
Ensuring sufficient stock within stores and assisting with stock inventory and management.
Assist the clinic leader with inventory (professional and retail), maintaining stock levels, and accurately capturing stock received and filing invoices.
Conduct store visits with corrective actions to be communicated. Ensure all Operational procedures and being followed and implemented.
Set annual targets per store, and budget tracking.
Evaluate and analyze store income vs expenditure. Evaluate the organization's performance metrics.
Manage and assist with full store openings; staff recruitment, stockists, training, etc
