Job Summary
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Head Office in Cape Town - Northern Suburbs
Exciting Opportunity to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA’s No. 1 Fast Food brand!
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Financial administration/Payroll experience advantageous
- Exposure to retail / POS procedures will be advantageous (GAAP/Retail Office)
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Computer literate
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Uploading of daily sales from restaurants to Head Office server
- Monitor completeness of source point of sales documents
- Train shift supervisors with regard to financial administration procedures
- Reconcile daily sales
- Prepare shortage reports
- Creditor processing on financial system
- Point of sales (POS) system updates (Activate and de-activate till users)
- Keep to deadlines
