Maintain good relationships with the public in a polite, cooperative and friendly manner. Ensure best service to clients and visitors. Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
Welcome all visitors & guests, Receive entry fees, Respond to client enquiries, Manage visitor booking forms, Operate & communicate via two-way radio, Manage entry of corporate visitors & deliveries, Provide information & rules to all visitors.
Balance, reconcile and account for cash and credit card transactions received with invoices at day-end.
Fully Bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans), trustworthy, excellent customer liaison, outstanding communication skills and handling of pressure situations is required. Grade 12 or equivalent qualified with financial literacy experience. Computer literate in the MS Office range, Email and Internet able.
