Job Summary

The Dunranch Group (Pty) Ltd Incorporating Spur, John Dory’s, Rockafella's and VCCH : Have vacancies for Experienced Senior Restaurant Managers to join our energetic and passionate team. Potential candidate must be hardworking, dedicated and level headed. Candidates must have a proven track record in the Restaurant Industry and the following are the minimum requirements for the job: • 3 years of Senior Management experience; • Good understanding of food preparation and presentation; • Customer service and interaction: • Health, safety and hygiene standards; • Stock control, stock takes and Management of Cost of Food; • Management of Staff • A working knowledge of staff disciplinary rules and grievances.
