RESTAURANT MANAGER (Rosebank, Jhb)
Our client, a modern mid-century inspired all-day eatery and wine bar, in the heart of Rosebank’s foodie district, is seeking to employ a Restaurant Manager to take charge of the daily front of house restaurant operations.
The ideal individual has experience in an international, high-end F&B environment
Minimum Requirements:
• A Hospitality Qualification will be highly advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years‘ previous restaurant management experience in an international, high-end restaurant environment
• Manage a staff compliment of over 100 staff
• Strong operational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly guest and service centric
• Own transport and driver's license
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Computer literate
• High energy and presentable
Key Duties:
• Manage Front of House operations
• Offering world-class food and beverage service
• Staff management, training and development, disciplining, coaching
• Manage compliance with safety, hygiene and cleaning cycles and regulations
• Restaurant administrative duties including cash up, daily guest correspondence, orders, inventory control, and reporting - to name but a few
Remuneration: R30 000 – R40 000 pm
