Reporting to the General Manager, the F&B and E Manager plans and supervises all the activities and events in the Food & Beverage outlets. He/she ensures the service runs smoothly and that the quantitative and qualitative goals of the department are met. The F&B and E Manager generates catering revenue for the hotel through sales actions and by managing his/her team. He / she understands marketing and promotion techniques, brings fresh ideas and has the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.
