Create recipes – about 25 dishes in different sizes
1. Make dishes.
2. Train cooks
3. Test frozen product quality
4. Taste tests – the owners are very particular about what they want
5. Photo shoots
6. Lab testing
7. Sleeve design
The chef will be involved in the first 5 stages.
We need this chef to be on site, 6 days a week, 8 working hours a day
