Tourism/Hospitality - Chef/Cook/Kitchen Manager
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive chef
• Good Knowledge & Understanding of Menu Engineering
• Strong Management & Leadership Skills
• Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of various computer software, ie MS Office, Micros
• Good Command of English (Written & Verbal)
