Telecommunications Consultant We are a part of a highly successful and entrepreneurial company who specialise in the financial service industry, providing the south African market with affordable insurance products and services. Based nationwide, with 7 branches across the major cities. This Position will be based in our newest branch, in Westville. We are looking for talented Telecommunication consultants with a focus on sales, customer service and a strong work ethic. Role & Responsibilities • Call potential customers by following calling lists provided or referral leads. • Establish who the decision makers are within an organisation. • Provide information regarding our products and services and answer any questions that may be asked. • Actively market our products and services. • Obtain all relevant information in order to close deals. • Drive sales growth within the business. Skills & Experience: • Excellent communication and engagement skills. • Demonstrated ability to liaise with customers. • Effective planning and utilisation of resources. • Sales/results driven and proactive in new business development. • Willingness to work flexibly and positively autonomously and in a team environment. • Numerate with good IT skills, detail conscious and well-organised. • Professional presentation skills • Strong sales skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Knowledge: • Experience in the Telemarketing/insurance industry. • Proven track record in sales • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Good presentation skills. • Management and leadership capabilities.
