Responsibilities:
To resolve or escalate all customer queries/complaints according to relevant company policies and procedures.
Manage, maintain and build client relationships with key customers and their representatives.
Build and sustain good customer service levels and business relationships between key internal stakeholders in the business
Provide training support to customers, in conjunction with Business Representatives, to ensure customers are updated on relevant technology and product developments.
Assess and manage all warranty claims according to set policies & procedures
Schedule and conduct regular sales meetings with Business Representatives to manage performance against set targets for the following:
Sales Volumes
Profitability
Warranty compliance
Scrap return rate
Call cycle performance
Rotation performance
