Sells Krugerrands, rare coins and medallions from online leads, personal networks, referrals and telephone enquiries, using diagnostic selling and client service skills to make minimum sales Targets.
Sells newly launched products and secondary stock.
Attends to transactions and documentation in the sales process to ensure that it is accurate and complete.
Co-ordinates / initiates collection / delivery / SafeGold arrangements for the client.
Attends to any client enquiries by solving them or directing the client appropriately.
Makes regular contact with clients through e-mail communication, visits, and telephone.
Keeps existing clients updated on new launches and products, which will be beneficial to their collection.
Continually networks and seeks to find new clients.
New Client Acquisition is a critical and important function of the Broker.
Continually hones and updates sales and product knowledge and skills.
Stays up to date with trends and industry pricing of gold, silver, and platinum.
Client Service:
Maintains and nurtures the client relationship post the sale.
Ensures that the sales process is closed i.e. that the client has received the necessary documentation and coin/medallion or that the coin/ medallion has been put into SafeGold or delivered to the client as per the sales agreement.
Keeps the client informed of delivery and/or collection details.
Troubleshoots on behalf of the client.
Keeps in touch with the client on special occasions e.g. Birthdays.
Ensures that client details are captured efficiently and accurately on the CRM system.
Utilises the information on the CRM system to ensure that the client is offered the best service.
General:
Participates in meetings and events as required by the Company, which may occur over weekends and after normal working hours.
Provides regular reports and feedback on pipeline, new client acquisition, target achievement progress and other relevant focus areas to the employees line manager.
