Responsible for arranging and delivering product presentations for end customers of the relevant Medical portfolio and present the client solutions to existing and new customers
Responsible for arranging and delivering product sales trainings for new sales channel partners
Delivers product handover training to end users if required, especially in countries where client does not have a Sales Channel partner.
Written and verbal Sales support regarding clarification of product specifications on Requests for Quotations and tenders on behalf of the Ghana Operations
Supports Sales Channel Partners on trade shows and seminars arranged by them.
Provide guidance to the SCP’s about user habits; needs or recommendations
Promote clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and medical staff
Technical and Clinical support
Ability to spend quality time in the clinical environment in order to speak the same ‘language’ as doctors and nurses.
To develop user clinical application knowledge
Training
Train users in special applications
Training of Relevant Account Managers
Demo process
Provide expert assistance in demoing of equipment to customers
Assist the SCP’s regards doing demo of equipment to users, including the non-decision maker.
Minimum Requirements:
MSc in Engineering (or equivalent) or degree in business administration / Sales & Marketing (or equivalent)
3-5 years of working experience (ideally partly in Sales or service)
Experience in an international environment
Experience in organizing and conducting training medical workshops
Very good English & French skills would be an asset (Business language skills)
