Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Minimum 3 years sales experience in telecoms or similar
Proven experience with ISP, VOIP & Fibre
Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to drive new opportunity creation and, position the company as the preferred solution provider
Confident, tact full and persuasive
Well organized
Deadline driven
Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with management and stakeholders
Must have an ability to understand management/stakeholders’ needs relative to the Company’s targets and limitations
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Demonstrate an understanding of industry policies and procedures
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Fully computer literate, including Microsoft Office
