• Candidate must come from BUREAU DE CHANGE or FINANCIAL industry.
• +5 years’ experience in closing deals (telephonically or face to face).
• Be able to wheel and deal - Cold calling, customer database development.
• Must be well groomed, excellent communicator, experienced in corporate negotiations and deals.
• Must come with own database and extensive network.
• Be proactive at all times, create and develop own deals.
• Money hungry, A-type personality who is positive and motivated.
• Must be available IMMEDIATELY.
• Car license is a must

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities as per company target market.
• Generating leads with the goal to close deals.
• Liaising with potential clients, following leads, attending events to attract leads, new potential clients and increasing database and expanding network.
• Strive daily to meet targets as determined by the company.
• Partake in team strategy discussions and meetings and contribute towards the bigger goal of the company.
• Identify potential agents and clients to sign SLA’s with the objective to creative a funnel of continue, ongoing business and deals
• Close deals as per generated leads.
