Our client in the Digital Printing industry is looking for an Outbound Call Centre Agent.
Key responsibilities • To uphold the brand and the perception of the brand in the market by ensuring a consistent high- quality customer experience when contacting businesses or private individuals by phone • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to avail of Copy Center services and product • Describe services and products • Respond to questions • Identify and overcome objections • Take the customer through the sales process • Obtain customer information • Obtain possible customer leads • Maintain customer/potential customer data bases • Follow up on initial contacts • Capturing all customer interactions whether from telephonic or email on the CRM system
Requirements • Matric/ Diploma • Understanding of contact center environment and technology • 2-3 years previous experience in a Call Centre environment in telesales with a proven track record in sales • Preferably have a similar background or in a Copy Center environment • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans • Computer literacy
