Our client in the Retail Industry is looking to hire a Sales Consultant.
Duties and Responsibilities • Consistently achieve sales targets. • Ensure high level customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales and after sales service. • Assisting clients by giving valuable advice on products, fabrics, accessories, and identifying and meeting a customer's needs. • Maximise sales opportunities by following up with existing customers. • Act as a single point of contact for customer questions, stock enquiries and efficient product tracking for delivery. • Sales related administration • Assisting in keeping the showroom neat and tidy
Requirements and Skills • Minimum education level: Matric. • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail. • Good retail skills. • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office. • Previous background of in a customer facing environment in sales, admin and retail would be advantageous. • Positive, enthusiastic, proactive attitude. • Excellent communication and networking skills. • Take responsibility for their work.
