Leading manufacturer and distributor of calcium, magnesium, gypsum and silicon related agricultural products in South Africa, has an exciting opportunity for an energetic sales and logistics coordinator. A minimum of 2 years experience in sales and logistics within agricultural/seed/fertilizer industry is required. Based in Gauteng, East Rand.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Marketing/Logistics/relevant post graduate Diploma/Degree
• 2-4 years post grad experience in sales/logistics within agriculture/seed/plant/fertilizer industries
• Strong telephone, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• MS Office Advanced
• Valid drivers License and own transport

Duties:

• Sales and Logistics activities in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Drive income and sales targets daily with a strong focus on service delivery
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and transporters
• Continuous research of logistical networks within South-Africa
• Daily management and coordination of quotes, orders and logistics
• Administrative functions and reconciliation associated with orders
• Monthly support to the financial department in terms of checking invoices, POD's, reporting and handling of queries
• Providing feedback in weekly marketing meetings
• Reporting directly to Operations Manager
